eggplant panini with artichoke


Lunch was yummy...
Eggplant panini with artichoke:

Whole Wheat Bread
Mayo on both sides
Fried Eggplant
Fresh Cut slice of Tomatoe
Roasted Artichoke (sliced)
Slices of Garlic
Sprinkles of Parmasan Cheese

then toasted............
